Let's dive into the content, starting with your Bio and then your Highlights:


Your Bio: The First Digital Handshake


Think of your bio as your main showcase, your most important business card in the digital world. It's the first place someone looks when they arrive at your profile, so it needs to be clear, inviting, and full of essential information.


  • Contact Information: Make it very easy for people to find you! Always have a clickable link to your WhatsApp (you can use a direct link like bit.ly or Linktree), your phone number (if you want to receive calls), and perhaps an email address. The person needs to be able to book an appointment in seconds.


  • Your Massage Specialty: Don't be afraid to be specific! Are you a specialist in relaxing massage? Sports massage? Therapeutic massage? What kind of audience do you help the most (pregnant women, athletes, people with stress)? Make it very clear. "Masseuse in [Your City]" is good, but "Specialist in Chronic Pain Relief through Therapeutic Massage in [Your City]" is much better and attracts the right client.


  • Your Differential: What makes you unique? Is it a super cozy environment? An exclusive technique? Personalized attention that makes the client feel unique? Mention it! It could be something like "Service focused on integral well-being and exclusive techniques for deep relaxation" or "Proven results in relieving daily tensions."


  • How to Book an Appointment: End your bio with a clear call to action. "Book your moment of relaxation!", "Click the link to book your session!" or "Talk to me on WhatsApp to book!" are phrases that guide the potential client.



Instagram Highlights: Your Organized and Ever-Current Showcase

Highlights are the cherry on top of your Instagram! Think of them as the most important sections of your website or the most valuable shelves in your clinic. They need to be constantly updated, like a living menu of your work.


Here's what you can't miss:


  • Direct Link to WhatsApp: You know that "link in story" feature? Use it whenever you make a Story calling for an appointment! Afterward, save that Story to a Highlight named, for example, "Book Here" or "Contact." Even if the link isn't clickable directly in the highlight (as it is in the original Story), having the phone number information is already valuable, and the client knows that's the way to talk to you.


  • Client Reviews: The famous "before and after" of the feeling of well-being! Ask your clients for testimonials and save them in a Highlight like "Testimonials," "What They Say About Me," or "Satisfied Clients." Nothing generates more trust than social proof from someone who has experienced and approved your work.


  • Where You Serve: Make it clear where you are! Create a "Location" or "Where to Find Me" Highlight. If you offer home service, mention the regions. If you have a clinic or your own space, include the full address, maybe a map, and even photos of the location. If you do both, show the options!


  • How the Service Works (and how to prepare): Help your client feel secure and prepared. Create a "How It Works" or "Your First Session" Highlight explaining:


    • The appointment booking process.

    • What they need to bring or wear.

    • If there's any prior preparation (avoiding eating too much, taking a relaxing bath, etc.).

    • What the environment is like and what they can expect from the session.

    • The duration of the massages.


By organizing this information clearly and accessibly in your Highlights, you educate your audience, answer questions even before they arise, and show professionalism, which makes all the difference for the ideal client to find and book with you!

Straight to Google! Having a well-optimized profile here isn't just another tool; it's practically guaranteeing that you appear for those who already intend to book. It's your chance to be the first option on your future client's phone screen.


Appear Where the Demand Is: Local Visibility is Everything!

The big secret of Google My Business is local visibility. When someone searches for a massage service in your region, Google will prioritize the closest businesses with complete information. Imagine your profile as a mini-page in the search results:


it shows your address, phone number, operating hours, and photos of your space. And best of all: it allows the client to call you or get directions to you with a single click! Keep everything updated, with professional photos of your space and the types of massages you offer. This makes a huge difference for those deciding where to go.


Your Reputation in the Palm of Your Hand: The Power of Reviews

More than just appearing, you need to convince. And nothing convinces more than the opinion of other clients. Reviews on Google My Business are your digital "word-of-mouth." Satisfied clients can leave stars and comments, and that's gold! Encourage your clients to leave a review after an amazing session.


Respond to all comments, both positive and negative, showing that you care and are attentive. This interaction builds a solid reputation and transmits a lot of confidence to those searching, transforming a potential client into a real booking.
